Jeol Sweater by Aegyoknit One Colour Cashmere Yarn Kit

on

Jeol sweater designed by Karoline Mathilde Skovgaard Bentsen (@aegyoknit) is worked from the top down. German short rows are used to shape the neckline and is worked simultaneously with the neck rib. Afterwards the shoulders are formed with increases and then the back and front are knitted separately before they are joined together. There is no need to use a colour work chart as the rest of the body is knit with one colour.

Sizes :

Size 1: XS/S/M, (2: L/XL/XXL)

We recommend for you to choose the size you would normally wear. (Tash is pictured wearing the size 1).

NOTE: If you are between two sizes, it depends on how oversized you want the look of the sweater. The measurements on the upper body are not given, as the sweater’s measurements are misleading due to the dropped sleeves. Instead, the measurements are measured across the body right under the armhole: size 1: 2 x 60 cms and size 2: 2 x 70 cms

Yarn : 10 (13) x 50g skeins mYak Ra-Ku Collection Fiocco di Cashmere (117 m / 128 yds per 50g) pictured in the colour Ra-Ma (as pictured on Tash)

You could also substitute the mYak Cashmere for the mYak Baby Yak Medium as an alternative as the skein size and and yardage for both yarns are the same.

Gauge: 17 sts x 27 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette on needle 5 mm.
